"First let me say the E is great, arrived Friday, have
had it on the road for the last week & car drives very good.
As a first time venture into the vintage car market I was pleasantly
surprised at Harwood. I had inquired about 2 Jags, during my
conversation with Marc he suggested that the E I purchased was
more suited to my needs since I was looking for a car to drive
rather than show. I felt that he described the car very clearly
& seemed to play up the imperfections, an unusual perspective

I had been looking for this Jaguar for some time, and had just
never found one that was up to my specifications. This car is
beautiful and very nicely restored. It is close to perfect as

"After searching the internet,
calling and emailing friends from Arizona to Maine for a C-2 style
Corvette, I had all but given up my search and thought about buying
a new 2006 Z06 Corvette. When the day arrived that I decided to
order the new car, I was looking on the internet to price some
of the new ones for sale.
As I was on the phone with the dealer I continued to search the
internet for a new Z06. I suddenly spotted a car that I had not
seen during my other searches. There it was…a 1963 Corvette
convertible. Clean, nice paint, chrome in great condition. Engine
compartment and underside of the car immaculate, it was just what
I had been searching for. Then I noticed it was located right
in my backyard! I immediately told the dealer that I had to run,
hung up with him and called you to make arrangements to see the
car. A short drive later we met.
The pictures did not do the car justice. I think from the minute
you saw the look on my face as I walked into your showroom you
knew. I did.
Upon meeting with you and Marc I knew that I was working with
a family that cared about quality, a company that was committed
to excellence by their passion for classic automobiles and the
restoration of them. As you gave Debbie and I the Shop tour we
got to see first hand the quality of your restoration work. I
was amazed as I saw some of the "works in progress"
and marveled at the painstaking effort that went into re-constructing
these fine automobiles to their original splendor. It's often
been said to "find something you love to do, then make it
your job". It's obvious that you have achieved that.
I want to thank you for helping make a dream come true for me.
The car is perfect. Although I have had it out a couple of times,
it is under cover in the garage waiting for Spring, which I might
add is not coming fast enough. I will be around for a visit as

E-Type OTS sight unseen based on the images of the car on the
Harwood web site. A few weeks later I visited their showroom to
see the car in person and get maintenance tips.
The car was awesome -- miles beyond my expectations. Their in
house Technician spent time with me to give me tips and an instructional
on the car's operation and features. The other cars in their showroom
and shop demonstrated Harwood's classic car expertise and attention
to every detail. That's apparent in the extensive checklist they
follow when preparing a car for sale. In summary, my experience

and photographs only, I have to admit that I was somewhat apprehensive
until the car arrived. I must say, the photos and description
did not do the car justice. It was beyond my expectations. It
was delivered on a Sunday morning, arriving by closed carrier
(also impressive, as the tractor and trailer were spotless) and
drew a small gathering of my neighbors as it was unloaded.
My mechanic has told me the car is in excellent condition and
